Assessment and Planning

  • Technical and Market Assessment: For client commissions, we will first conduct a comprehensive assessment of technical feasibility and market demand to determine whether to establish a project for guidance.

  • Signing of Guidance Contract: Both parties will execute the project according to the agreed-upon contract.

  • Drafting of Business Plan: This is an essential step for a detailed "examination" of the project. If significant disparities arise between the information provided by the client and the actual situation during this phase, the project manager will immediately discuss with client for solutions, pause, or terminate the project.

Creating Product Prototypes to Showcase Commercial Value

  • After the business plan is drafted, HOYABOSS can choose to acquire a 10% equity stake in the company using cash, based on the company's net worth, face value, or valuation.

  • The investment funds mentioned above must be used exclusively for optimizing the product prototype, establishing the official website, preparing product introductions, creating videos, obtaining third-party validation reports, and applying for patents. This is to concretely demonstrate the business model, technical content, and product value of the startup company.

Introducing Resources for Commercialization

  • Through the professional guidance of the consulting team, we establish the company's competitive positioning and develop a competitive strategy. We precisely define the resources required for the company's development and select the most suitable strategic investors.

  • In addition to financial strength, we place great importance on the reputation of strategic investors and the tangible resources and operational synergies they can bring.

  • Service Fees: HOYABOSS charges a counseling fee equivalent to 5% of the capital introduced. We also have the option to participate in equity subscriptions with this amount.

  • We tailor operational plans, performance objectives, and reward mechanisms as guidelines for both the capital side and the management team to follow.

Closing Deals with Target Customers

  • We assist the management team in defining and strengthening core competencies, refining manufacturing and distribution strategies, and securing orders from target customers.

  • "Closing deals" is the most tangible achievement for innovators, and we consider it our responsibility to help independent innovators achieve these deals.

  • We will continually enhance the organization's "ability to deliver consistently."

Engagement Principles

If your requirement is simply to find an investor, HOYABOSS may not be the right partner for you.

You must have the following understanding for HOYABOSS to be of assistance:

  1. I'm not good enough, so others can't see my potential.

  2. I have the intention and capability to create a better, stunning product prototype (or propose a more innovative business model).

  3. I commit to investing the initial funds provided by HOYABOSS entirely into optimizing the product prototype, building a website, preparing product presentations, shooting videos, obtaining impartial third-party testing reports, and applying for patents.

  4. I still need to generate revenue or raise funds by myself to support the company's operating expenses during the execution of the above tasks.
