Source-purification, One-stop for a Sustainable Future
Common configurations for wastewater treatment vary depending on the industry and type of facility:

Equalization Tank: Acts as a buffer zone for wastewater collection and treatment.

PuriTrailer is a modular and adaptable process that involves appropriate pre-treatment of wastewater followed by distillation. It generates high-purity condensate, concentrates wastewater for metal or chemical recovery, and provides services for the removal and treatment of residual by-products.

Removal of inorganic pollutants
Our advanced technology efficiently removes inorganic pollutants such as chlorides and sulfates, ensuring that the wastewater meets regulatory discharge standards.

Ultra-low energy consumption
Our technology recompresses lower-temperature vapor to produce high-pressure, high-temperature vapor. The vapor is then circulated back to the chamber, where it efficiently heats the liquid. This mechanism results in up to 85-95% energy savings compared to conventional methods. Moreover, our process doesn't require any chemical additives, making it an eco-friendly solution.

PuriTrailer is equipped with innovative wastewater treatment system developed and manufactured by RAINTER Technology, which features MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) technology. The system recovers high-temperature steam generated during the distillation process and compresses it to a higher temperature and pressure, using it as the heat source for distillation.
This allows for 85-95% of energy to be recycled and reused, with only 5-15% additional energy required for the distillation process.
Therefore, only 8-40kw/h of energy is required to treat one ton of water, costing around NT$20-100.

Our Services / Products
On-site Operation by our team

Analyzing wastewater samples, designing treatment processes, and setting treatment parameters.

Conducting inspections on workflow, power supply, pipes and tanks.

Dispatching PuriTrailer vehicles to the site for operations, and fees are charged based on volume of treatment.

Remote monitoring of equipment readings, providing real time support to on-site engineers.

Shipping residues out of the plant and processing it according to regulations.
Equipment sales

Confirm project specs, sign contract with 50% payment.
-
Equipment installation, testing, and acceptance are completed upon arrival, with a 30% payment.
-
After completion of trial operation and adjustment (within 30 days), a 20% payment is due.

Core units come with a 12-month warranty and consumables are replaced according to the contract.
Equipment leasing

We offer 36-month and 60-month equipment leasing plans.

During the lease period, we will perform maintenance, repairs, and consumables replacement according to the contract.

At the end of the contract, the ownership of the equipment will be transferred to the customer, and a service contract will be signed for continued maintenance and consumables replacement according to the contract.
System design and build

We charge a fee for designing and planning water treatment systems, which can be deducted from the project payment upon contract signing.

Both parties will assign a project manager and team to set goals, timelines, and report progress to the client regularly according to the plan.

The project will be executed based on the contract terms and conditions.
